About Us

Through innovating in knowledge creation and retrieval software, the mission of SemanTx Life Sciences is to raise the quality and productivity of drug discovery and marketing.

SemanTx Life Sciences builds the Semantic Knowledge Indexing Platform (SKIP). SKIP is an ontology-based knowledge-indexing engine, which searches information with better Precision and Recall than search engines, and reduces the burden of information maintenance.

SemanTx Life Sciences holds numerous patents on knowledge assembly and retrieval, and is actively expanding its intellectual property portfolio and product base. The idea for our products derives from work for the National Institutes of Health (NIH), under an SBIR grant to improve the understanding of medical research.

SemanTx Life Sciences is a private company, funded by established investors in technology and the life sciences.
